Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Application Procedure
Applications are accepted online only and must be received by the Office of Enrollment Management by October 1 of the year that precedes enrollment. The online application is available beginning July 1 until the application deadline.
A complete application includes the online documents, all completed observation forms*, all transcripts and the non-refundable $25 application fee. Students are strongly encouraged to complete the application submission well before the deadline date whenever possible. All supporting documents should be submitted to the address below.
